We also use independent product testing to ensure the strength, stability, durability and fire-retardancy of our furniture meets the highest standards. If this in itself doesn't give you peace of mind, we provide an extensive guarantee which covers any defects or faults that develop from acceptable levels of everyday use.

Advice and support
We have a number of project managers who can work with you to ensure the products you order are right for your particular learning environment. We can carry out a pre-delivery site survey, arrange delivery, remove packaging, strip out and remove redundant products, supervise installation and arrange a post-project completion meeting. We acknowledge receipt of your order within 48 hours - providing you with an additional opportunity to check you are happy with all the details. You can then track the progress of your order, at any time, simply by calling our customer service team on 0870 850 6100.
Delivery
We have two delivery options - a 10-working-day service (all catalogue products marked with the orange truck symbol) and a 28-working-day service for make-to-order items. In peak ordering periods make-to-order items may take slightly longer.
And, all orders over £300 (excluding VAT) are delivered free to mainland UK addresses.
To help provide you with complete peace of mind, we'll even give you a call 48 hours before delivery to agree access.
